Chicken Thighs – Prepared the extra, crazy, insanely easy way!

While in Montreal, we decided to cook dinner for our host.  My traveling companion showed me a quick and easy way to cook up some chicken that I have to share! What’s nice about it is that you could easily dress it up by adding garlic, peppers, spices…or keep it simple, as we did.  All you need?

Oil for the pan
Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Fresh parsley
Some flour
Half a lemon

To emphasize the simplicity of this dish, I’m including only a couple of a pictures as well. (Actually….I forgot to take more shots but this is so simple that that’s okay! lol)

The chicken thighs were lightly rolled in flour and put on an oiled pan on low-med heat.  We fried them until browned and cooked through.

Just before removing them from the pan, M added a handful of roughly chopped parsley and left it a few minutes more.  Finally, squeeze a lemon over everything and done!

Voilà!  C’est parfait!

The flour gave the chicken a lovely golden brown exterior, something I’ve attempted and failed at (though never with flour until now!).

Absolutely delicious chicken in about 10 minutes. 😉
